On the 3rd of July we went to Hopkins Springs in Driggs with Grandma and Grandpa Monk. We got to listen to the BYU-I Symphony and Glenn Beck!! Then they had an awesome fireworks display afterward. It was a very patriotic experience and we had a blast even though it was FREEZING!






On the 4th of July we had a cookout at the Monks then came home and lit off some of our own fireworks, Emily wasn't too sure about the sparklers and she HATED the firecrackers-they were too loud so she ran in the house and watched from the kitchen instead.
