Our good friends, Laura and Connel Petterson (we've all been best friends since college) moved to Utah recently from Ohio. They moved away right after Emily was born; we kept in touch with phone calls, blogs, and periodic visits but it just wasn't the same. All the time Laura and I would talk about the fun times we had together, especially camping. So, of course, we had to have a camping trip just like old times...only this time we added 3 1/2 kids. Emily, Camden, Hannah, and Laura is expecting a baby boy. She was such a trooper camping while pregnant! We had a blast, and we can't wait to do it again!

Even though these girls are 2 years apart, they played so well together. I think they are going to be good friends for life, they'll have to be because their parents are.
